Keynav and Clipregion - Two new jQuery Plugins

Things have been pretty busy, but I've managed to crank out two new jQuery plugins. They are currently sitting in a newly created project environment I am building for Qcodo called QForge.

Mike Hostetler is an inventor, entrepreneur, programmer and proud father. Having worked with web technologies since the mid 1990's, Mike has had extensive experience developing web applications with PHP and JavaScript.
